The weekend is almost upon us and a few things I'm looking forward to...

- Having fro yo with some of my besties this evening to celebrate my birthday that was this past weekend.

- The continuation of our cleanout of the guest room = NEW FURNITURE and organization that makes me smile.

- Lunch with girls I have known since we were still in the crib.

- Seeing my bestie and her babes and her belly. I knew I would catch up to her eventually and now we are expecting only a month apart.

- And last, a lazy Sunday at the pool!

Anytime Bravo puts "million dollar" in front of anything, I will watch.  Did you see Million Dollar Decorators last night? Pretty amazing balls. These designers are on the pages of every magazine in my living room and I am down to watch them live and work and play.  Kathryn Ireland - can I move in? I promise not to drink all your wine like ol' Jacqueline. I have always admired Ireland's taste...See-

A few things on my mind...

So have you heard of these people stating Saturday May 21st will be the end of days? I'm kinda concerned only because John will be in Wrightsville and I will be in Charlotte. On a boat in Lake Norman.  Not drinking because I am 13 weeks pregs. {Yah!} And I will miss my birthday on the 29th. So dear Lord, Please try to wait a few more years {or a million} to come back to rapture us all up to heaven. I'd like to pop out this child and get old with my hubs. Not to make it all about me or anything....

IN other news... I saw Bridesmaids thsi weekend and it was Hil-ARious.  And I have been singing this since Sunday...

So, first things first. Sorry for my laziness in the past month. My friend Tripp called me out Saturday night about my lack of blogging. I just haven't had it in me people. but I hope to pick up this little habit again and more frequently soon...
Our best friends Jennifer & Michael are marrying this summer and I was asked to address their invitations. I am not anything special, but I do have some fun hand writing. I suppose. Or better I try. Last night I was googling and finding images of pretty calligraphy. This by no means is my level of script, but something I aspire to!

John's charming and darling cousin Henry performing the solo for his male singing group. I am addicted to this song. and he is just the most darling young man. We are going to visit in a few weeks and I wonder if he will give us a live performance!
